Well if you've seen or heard about our first experience, you'll know why it's taken so long for us to build up the courage to have another go.
We were rudely awoken by a pair of idiots at 1.20am banging on the door and revving their engine to wake everyone up.
Sadly, the amount of abuse we got on social media didn't fill us with confidence but thanks to watching plenty of ‪@NorthernersonTour‬ and ‪@redsgotravels‬ , we've plucked up the courage and found some bargain park ups to try out.

We’re off grid much of the time, solar does help! Inverter switched off at night and we are good at this time of year!

We don't have an inverter on the motorhome but we do have an Ecoflow which has one built in

Lovely little spot in Aldeburgh, thought we might see ourselves, sadly no. Maybe another time!

Off grid is the cheapest way to go. If you add a little solar to the top you can stay off grid longer. Do you have a DC controller, so your batteries charge when you drive? Have a great day!

We have a 165w Solar panel up top with 2 x 110a leisure batteries. We also have a portable power station and it all charges from driving but ideally we would need to drive 2-3 hours to do it and Britain isn't as big as the States 🤣
