This video basically summarises 2017 Worlds SKT. Faker making all the plays and trying his damnest to carry his team across the finish line whilst the team are indecisive about whether to start Peanut or Blank.
They should just start every game with peanut. Blank is just pure trash.

@@mikeywilbrink3618 peanut was a early mid game jg that would make aggressive play, snowball with kills and golds to win the game... rather than a jg that would give away kills to his laners so they could carry the game at a later stage... but skt was never a team like that... although they made lots of early plays to snowball they were always known for a safe, scaling team, that fight for objective, map control and 1 teamfight game decider... their styles were conflicting... blank just fit their style more but his performance was never something other team would take a second to think: "we gotta be respect his gank"

@@DiabloTommasoLmao, no. Worlds 2017 was the ardent censer meta, which means it favored protect-the-president teams(also means that your win condition every single game was how good your botlane is). It's more on SSG simply having the better botlane at that point

2017 had a bad teamwork and communication. Also faker was at open area when ruler flash r. Since crown and ruler flash to faker shouldn't like bang goes in with wolf to start attacking ruler. You cannot expect Huni's trundle to engage since he can only walk, since he'll just land the pillar to slow. Idk what blank use or forgotten maybe it's gragas just friking ruler towards wolf and bang they got counter attack. But we can't change history.
Faker is really the LeBron of league. Easily the best of all time, has the biggest overall impact on the game/team, and doesn’t really matter what pieces you put around him he’ll take them far.

Honestly that year with his 5 games Galio was his best performance in his career imo. Don't think he could do the same again so it's a shame he didn't win that year.
it has become hard - people forget that over the course of multiple years Riot has essentially gone on a faker-balancing campaign because of how he broke the game on certain champs between 2013-17
2013-16 faker was a menace, so much so that for 2017 they changed mid lane into a malzahar meta where you could essentially point in click stun mid lane out of existence
because of him they removed the taunt flash interaction of Galio that he abused in that famous 2017 semifinal
they nerved and changed Ryze because of him

The time RNG always taking away a mid carry pick for Faker so he ended up picking only Galio. Also the time you can still use flash taunt on galio.

That's was the whole meta back then, all the eggs in 1 basket, which was ALWAYS the style of RNG and that's why RNG were the heavy favorites to win, and many people thought it would be the day that Uzi finally takes down SKT, that's why Phreak said "I was told they are mortal" referring to SKT's team fight fuck ups, and that was exposed by SSG in the finals
