10 years ago today! I've definitelly moved away from hardstyle in this past decade, exploring other kinds of electronic music, but I have so much nostalgia when I hear these wild beats and crazy melodies. I still bang my head to this!

i can remember when i heard this for the first time when i was 11 years old, and now 13 years later this series still giving me so much goosebumps ❤. Hardstyle was so much better back then 😢
I keep coming back to this mix and realizing that it's one of the best mixes I've ever heard. Captures the 2011 scene excellently with an extremely strong lineup of tracks.

Came here after the recent live stream of HWS #81. It came a long way, over seven years already. I am still getting goose bumps to this very day, when I hear the Intro being played at the beginning of the live stream. I cannot put into words, how nostalgic it feels, to listen to this again. Feeling set back in time, reliving all those memories. And still experiencing shivers down my spine. So glad you started this and so happy it still continues. Yeah man, episode 2 is already a big style change, and he therefor lost 1 million people in 1 episode :S. Just as MrKrauzz said, lots of people just want to hear the first episode. Just enjoy the music man, Heady is doing a great job and I love all his episodes. Same goes for Isaac Hardstyle sessions.
TheMakoSoldier this episode used to have less views than all of them. But I think it is being the first episode thats why a lot of people ecountered the video.

I listen to music I like and not because people call it Hardstyle.
Only becasue some bigger Hardstyle-Producers have changed the "style" it doesn't mean there can't be any other noname who produces music wich is more like the Hardstyle I like. I don't want to blame any producer for his music. Just hoping there will be more music like from showtek in the old days. Don't matter who's the producer :)
