The run down unit would be so cool for a "left in grandparents will" storyline. You inherit the space and move in, slowly updating it before you find a new home. Then you become the landlord for someone else. 💚

I used to play in my teens, I am 29 now, almost 30. I just started playing Sims again and I am so happy I found your page. I absolutely looove the way you build and the voice overs make it so much better.

Such a nice idea, having one more grungy and rundown. I didn't know you can change the overlay colors of the units, but that's super handy! ☺

I think an interesting story line for this build could be that the green side of the apartment could have originally looked like the yellow side but the land lord didn’t keep it up but still keep the listing the same (so kind of a fake listing). Also loved this build so much! 💖

This build is really good! BTW, you could break the appliances and toilets etc. by doing shift and click. Also, I'm not sure if it's base game, but there is a broken stove somewhere in debug. BTW, the appliances don't upload to the gallery broken.

I loved hopscotch as a kid it was one of my favorite games to play with two of my BFF'S before we lost contact with each other we would pick up a small rock and then whatever square it landed on we had to avoid it and then revers our steps and pick up the rock and then hop back the other way

I'm going to play this - I have the idea that the grimy apartment is actually occupied by the owner of the property (which nobody knows, 'cause it looks abandoned) and he rents out the other half. He's secretly a thief/criminal, which is why he's hiding out. Awesome build.

I am wondering will this build be available when For Rent releases as your build is currently unavailable being it relies on the world you build it in and I love your build and plan on expanding on it if you do not mind and plan on using it for my use.😊 P.S. The last couple builds are without TOOL. I don't have access to it in this early version of the new EP.

sigh.. I love your build so this isn't a criticism on anything you have done at all, this is towards EA. Just by looking at some of the things in this new world, I am really disappointed that so many assets are recycled from packs we already have. I don't know why I keep getting my hopes up that EA will one day see that they are killing their own franchise by doing this. If we pay for a new world, we should get a new and unique world, not a world filled with things we already have in gotten in previous packs. It's frustrating to say the least. But again beautiful build concept.
I don’t like the new furniture at all, it looks so cartoon like and clunky. Thank you for showing us the new game though, these videos are so useful to know what packs to get and what packs to ignore xx
