I took a nap and had a beautiful dream. I saw him in my dream, and we looked in each others eyes, and even in my dream it was just like it had been in the physical world. That intense lock on each others gaze, the fire swirling in his eyes he felt it to. And then I was sitting next to a girl she was painting, I feel like I recognized her but I didn’t see her face she wanted me to see her painting. Omg! (Leaving this here for anyone who may need to read this. I feel compelled to share this)
Literally as you said “you’ll be receiving signs about that in the physical” there’s an ad at the top of the title from the Australian Union (I’m from aus) and said “join your union now!” And it’s funny because although physically we’re together - energetically we’ve been very disconnected. Things felt like they were back on track the last two weeks and then yesterday I think I had a little more to sort through internally and awaken to.

Finally able to realise and admit that yes, we are twin flames. (My right ear was ringing as I was writing that.)
There was a lot of shame around the whole “Twin flame” arc for me due to 4 years ago I’d learnt about twin flames, a random woman I was serving at work (I worked in detail at the time. I was 19) literally out of nowhere started yapping on at me if I’d ever heard of twin flames and I was trying to be polite and said “no I haven’t?” And she essentially told me her whole twin flame story and I was just standing there like….okay? Ahaha!
Anyway, a year and a half later I finally left my then boyfriend of 6 years (karmic) after meeting someone I was collaborating with and feeling for the first time an instant soul recognition. This then triggered the memory of the “crazy twin flame lady” at work and started to heavily research.
I was convinced this person was my twin even though we’d never established any type of physical relationship. He was in my life for literally a week and that’s what caused me to leave my ex. My spiritual journey began, I had “awakened”. I believe this man was a catalyst.
Fast track to 4 years later (now) and MANY soulmate connections that never seemed to get off the ground, and probably 2 other catalyst instances - met my ACTUAL twin in august of 2020.
I knew THIS relationship was ✨it✨ for me. It ALL clicked. So perfectly. Even STILL. The energetic separation has been perfect. It’s felt purposeful this entire time and I have learned SO much about myself that I will forever value and cherish. Without it, I’d still feel somewhat lost.
I was apprehensive to put any labels on mine and Jorge’s relationship, due to feeling embarassed about thinking those other guys were my twin any sign of a soul connection. So I just enjoyed it for what it was.
I now realise how monumental the last 4 years have been for me and how this very moment right now had been worked towards even back THEN.
The signs that he was the rest of who I was trying to find initially without him, were there from the beginning. He has never abandoned me physically because I have never abandoned myself. During this phase, I have been ever so committed to healing myself, for myself. Trauma came up, I always went searching for it. I didn’t back down and I didn’t back out like I always did before him. This time I knew I had everything I needed to face what I had been blinded to always.
When I think back to the beginning stages of our friendship - what drew me toward him was the fact that I felt so SEEN, HEARD, VALUED and ADMIRED just for being exactly who I was. And he barely knew a thing about me. But he did know me… he has always known me. I see him. I see me. Wow. I’m totally moved right now. I for the first time am actually seeing myself as ONE with him. 18 months and I have never felt closer to him. Closer to myself. He is just another part of me, expressing and experiencing itself. I am always supported. I am never alone. I always wished he went to the lengths to understand me the way I do for him. But he already does. Because I do. When I do that for “him” - I’m really doing that for me. Everything I understand about him, means he already understands me. I already understand me. He already understands him. We’ve always given each other exactly what we’ve needed.
Now I can’t help but wonder if THIS is what awakening really feels like? I feel like I can finally see for the first time.
