I have loved seeing Sophielicious again, thanks so much. What a lovely memory of a time gone by, in a less complicated world. My husband and I also spent a lot of time down on the beach, both before and after we married. Take care xx

She is so darling!! My favorite day out is going on a train ride through the Colorado and New Mexico mountains in the fall when the aspen trees are glowing in their gold leaves.

What wonderful memories Suzanne! My happy memory is also the seaside in Cornwall when I was a kid back in the 60s loved ice cream and paddling in the sea with my Mum and Dad. Happy Days 💞💞

Oh, I've been to Brighton as well, when I was about 17 years; that was with a schooltrip for a couple of days. It was lovely there. We also visited other places from there by bus, but we slept in a hostel in Brighton.
I've to think about my ideal day out. I suppose I've more than one, but I will think to choose one day for joining your tag.
I've only Stevie here with me, and I must admit that I miss lovely Vincent to cuddle with in the evening. Vincent is my 'go to reborn baby' when I need to cuddle.🤗

Hi Suzanne, It’s so nice to see sweet little Sophie in her beautiful dress. Thank you for letting us walk down memory lane for a bit with you. It sounds like a wonderful day together. I think my ideal day would be spent outside in nature with a picnic and maybe some swimming. Swimming is my very favorite thing and I love being outside enjoying the beautiful sunshine, the animals, the trees and the flowers. We could wrap up the day with a drive in movie because I love movies too and I miss drive in movies. I’m glad it has cooled off where you are. Thank you for sharing Suzanne. Dear Suzanne, Sophie is adorable. My idea of a day out of sheer bliss would be to again go to a living museum with my husband. We had museum memberships in New England and we loved Old Sturbridge Village. We would go there often and walk the past. We would enjoy lunch there of a lovely turkey dinner. I have special memories of us there. He passed away after a 54 year marriage two years ago. Our memories are golden! I pray for everyone to make good memories.

I live in a tourist town and in the summer, my little town swells with people. It’s so busy. So my ideal day is, in the off season, to go anywhere near the ocean. To smell the salt air and listen to the waves. The ocean is my happy place. A place I like to go to when life has gotten me down. Or, my town also has a National Park, and in the autumn, we love to go walking on the carriage roads ( no cars ) and look at the most beautiful fall foliage. Time spent with a loved one just can’t be beat! Your ideal day out sounds like such a cherished memory xx

Hi Rappy, What a beautiful memory to have. It would be incredible to go back in time to revisit happy memories wouldn’t it, but at least we can have the memories and hopefully a photo or two of them. My husband and I and our little 3 year old son, spent a day at Brighton beach in about 1976!! We were very amused by the pebbles instead of the soft yellow sand that we were used to on our beautiful Australian beaches.
A wonderful day out for me, is any outing that’s a surprise. I don’t mind what the destination is. I just LOVE a surprise adventure.

Sophie is so lovely in her beautiful pink dress. I like her sweet happy face, she is just adorable. Your memories at the sea are so special...My ideal day out was also at the sea. I like to swim a lot, so this is perfect for me and my husband. The sea is so magical and beautiful...I also found some shells and took them home as a memory of the lovely time at the sea. We can't go to real close too much now because we live too far away but me and my sister used to go there everyday after school we were so excited when it opened

My ideal day would be being outside with my husband in our earlier days we would go to the forest and cut wood for our wood stove an when we got home ( at the time I lived in a small house on the river) and we would go for a swim and go in and have a quiet evening together and have dinner and just enjoy spending time together. We had me and my sister was when I moved to San Diego when I was 12 California the best day was when the roller coaster opened up I made my sister went to the roller coaster every day after school and it was by the beach My mission Beach and San Diego and now the real customers open
