can i ask, if i have several floor, and i only move the robot without the station, it cannot auto wash the mop, hence do it clean using vacuum and dry mop only?
Thank you for the review. There does seem to be an audio issue. The volume is quite low and fluctuates.
What about throwing away the dustbin after 75 days? With both robots, do I get replacement disposable bags that I can easily replace?

Hey man have a quick question how well does it perform with mopping? Also i have seen some pretty bad reviews for this mops in regards to customer support? How is your experience with this?
I think it does a great job mopping. The only flaw with the robot is the app - which is hard to use. It should have settings like vacuum first before mopping, but it seems to vacuum and mop at the same time. Bottom line my floors look clean. They need to hire someone with a clue to design the app, but the robot is still well worth the money.
Hey David, thanks for the review. I just did my first clean but it didn’t go into my 2nd room which has carpet. It just returned to base. Any ideas how to make it go in the other room?

I have a Dreame W10 already and only use it for mopping. Worth the upgrade to L10S Ultra only for mopping?
Hi David, I have a question about the robot. My robot that I presently have gets stuck underneath a piece of furniture. Does this robot have a option where you can program it not to go near that piece of furniture

We bought the same model as you have here, and using mi app.. But I cant find the cam view in the app. We espaccially prefer this model because of our cats, to view them when we're outside. Where can wa find cam view? Or which app are you using for camera? Thanx..
Hi! You have to select your model, it should open up to the map and on the right middle of the screen, there is a small button that says "real time camera". That will open the camera
can you connect the app via Bluetooth only?
No it connects to wifi, you need sign up with an email address too.
I can’t find how to access the camera and take photos ??? I’ve spent hours and can’t see it anywhere in user manual ?

Hi. You have the option for do not disturb but there is no option yet to completely deactivate the camera. When you want to view the live camera you have to enter your personal pin. The camera has ai recognition but you can turn the camera ai recognition off so it doesn't record.
For the clean water tank, I had to fill it every 4 sessions because I had the mop and vac for mixed use (1 room was carpeted and 1 room was hard floor). Dirty water tank, I had to empty it less often maybe every 6 sessions. The floor cleaning solution is a separate container but it lasts a very long time especially if you are not on the most aggressive mopping setting.
