1/2 cup cassava starch(dissolved in 3/4 cup water)
3 cups boiling water
3 cups coconut milk
2 cups skimmed milk/milk powder
2 cups white sugar
1kg sweet mangoes
1-2 cups graham crackers(cracked)
ice&salt

May cassava starch po sya so hindi yan mag a ice. Ung cassava flour ung magbibigay ng smooth texture sa ice cream.

nangingibabaw ang lasa ng gata wc is not good pa sa mango flavor pwede nman walang gata at gatas na lang para sa pure flavor ng manga.
