An example of overtime mechanics in Skirmish Mode.
If the defender is capturing the point when the black timer runs out, they are given overtime for as long as they are capturing, until 1) they completely capture the point by filling the meter, or;
2) As happens here, the defender is able to recapture the point, in which case the defender wins when the inner bubble fully expands.
