Hope you have donated some blood by now. If you are at 1090 you also likely have a pair of hemochromatosis genes. You should get on managing that before it starts to damage your organs.

@@gen-X-trader - Yes I did. I was at a pint a week. I’m still going but only twice a month. My numbers are now at 150. Thank you.

@@peterjohnson8469 Ferroxidase enables iron recycling. If you are low in bio-copper, iron gets stuck in the tissues. I do hope you don't ingest metallic iron filings "fortified" into the foold supply (foold == fooled into thinking it is food).
Do you know that ferritin is synthesized inside the cell to sequester iron inside the cell, NOT in the serum where it is measured, right? A leading iron researcher says ferritin indicates liver damage because the iron is dumped inside the cell in order for the ferritin protein to eject into the serum.

That indicates high liver damage. Have you stopped eating metallic iron filing fortified foolds? Are you building up your bio-copper to support ferroxidase activity -- the enzyme that enables iron recycling from the tissue to the bone marrow and back to blood?
