  • Fanabe Beach is a popular holiday and tourist destination located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, which is one of the Canary Islands in Spain. Playa Fañabé, also known as Fañabé Beach is known for its beautiful sandy shores and crystal-clear waters, attracting holidaymakers and visitors from around the world.
Here's some information about Fanabe Beach:
Location: Fanabe Beach is situated on the southwestern coast of Tenerife, near the resort town of Costa Adeje. It is part of the larger Playa de Las Américas area.
Beach Features: The beach offers a wide stretch of golden sand, making it perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. The waters are relatively calm, making it a suitable spot for swimming and water activities. The beach is well-maintained and equipped with amenities such as sun loungers, parasols, and showers.
Activities: Fanabe Beach provides various opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. Visitors can engage in activities such as jet skiing, banana boat rides, parasailing, and snorkeling. Boat excursions and fishing trips are also available from the beach.
Promenade: There is a picturesque promenade running along the beach, lined with restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's a great place to take a leisurely stroll, enjoy a meal with a sea view, or indulge in some retail therapy.
Accessibility: Fanabe Beach is easily accessible by both public and private transportation. There are bus stops nearby, and taxis are readily available. If you're driving, there are parking facilities in the vicinity.
Nearby Attractions: The beach is conveniently located close to other attractions in Costa Adeje. Within a short distance, you can find shopping centers, golf courses, water parks like Siam Park and Aqualand Costa Adeje, and the popular Puerto Colón marina.
Remember to check the local regulations and any updates on accessibility or amenities before visiting, as conditions can change over time. Enjoy your time at Fanabe Beach and have a great trip to Tenerife!
There are numerous reasons to visit Tenerife, but here are three top reasons that make it a popular destination:
Beautiful Beaches: Tenerife is home to stunning beaches with golden or black volcanic sands and clear turquoise waters. From the lively Playa de Las Américas to the picturesque Playa del Duque and the tranquil Playa de las Teresitas, there's a beach for every preference. Whether you want to relax under the sun, engage in water sports, or enjoy beachside dining, Tenerife offers a diverse range of coastal experiences.
Natural Beauty and Landscapes: Tenerife is an island of remarkable natural beauty, thanks to its volcanic origins and diverse landscapes. The island is dominated by Mount Teide, a towering volcano and Spain's highest peak. The Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a must-visit, featuring lunar-like landscapes, hiking trails, and breathtaking viewpoints. Additionally, Tenerife boasts lush forests, dramatic cliffs, and unique geological formations, providing ample opportunities for exploration and outdoor activities.
Unique Climate and Outdoor Activities: Tenerife enjoys a mild climate throughout the year, making it an ideal destination for outdoor activities. The island's geographical diversity allows for a wide range of experiences, such as hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, and whale watching. Tenerife also offers excellent conditions for water sports like surfing, diving, and fishing. With its natural abundance and pleasant climate, the island provides an extensive playground for outdoor enthusiasts.

    Hi Gimbal,
I have watched some of your great vids!!!
One thing that comes to mind is your comments on the hot weather. I would like to say that my lady friend and I chose this Island because it is not so hot. I love the heat, like in Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania. Turkey especially is 40 plus in the sun!!! My woman cannot stand such heat, so we went to Tenerife. The weather and temperature is wonderful and not blistering hot at all. We went in November 2018, then again in May 2019 and I will be there again in about 10 days or so on 7th June for 3 weeks. I hired a motorbike in November 2018 and rode up and around the Teide volcano. I encountered freezing fog and froze my arse off!!!!

The torviscas beach bar you walked past has some GREAT live music playing in the evenings, or at least it did in 2019!!
From where you were at 0958 you can see La Gomera, another Canary Island.....much smaller but only about an hour's ferry ride away. If you're going back, I'd suggest a visit.....it's only about an hour away by ferry and is lovely, full of lush green vegetation and rainforests believe it or not!!
Great video and ps technically Teide is an active volcano!

Hi I have not been to Tenerife before and I was looking between puerto colon, fanabe and playa de las americas. Which has the best beach, beach bars, and bars in general. We are in our 30s and enjoy beach days, nights out, don't think my partner would be keen on veronica strip but is there other places in americas that are quieter. Also I noticed you have been to Benidorm what do you prefer over here and Tenerife. Thankyou! Great video ❤

can you please do videos without any filter/colour? it would be good to know the actual natural colour of the areas just as you have the natural sounds.
