    I would choose the grand living room with the high ceilings. The 20 ft ceiling are not coming in homes out here.

    I'm in the process of building a blythe with a basement. Although that living room is amazing you have to consider the noise that will travel with the open floor plan. Since I have small children, I opted for the bonus room. Its an amazing floor plan minus the very disappointing laundry room.... The London floorplan was our second choice.

    Great video. Thank you for showing both floor plans. I've seen the first floor plan in several videos. It was nice to finally see all that open room being utilized. I really like the second floor plan. It's a big house, use as much space as possible. Everyone is different.

      It was a great and rare opportunity to have 2 Blythe floorplans where you could see the differences back to back. I'm glad you got the opportunity to see the bonus room option.
      Thanks for watching Russell 💪🏿

    Great video… I would definitely do the grand living… however this is entirely out of my price range by 200,000! I wish there was a mini version

    Thanks for pointing out what is Standard and what is an Option! Helps alot.

    I love both options but I think I would choose the large room on the second floor. If I can't have a basement then this room would serve as the man cave. I would want the extended shower along with the extended patio.

      I feel you and can see myself going with all your options except for the living room. I would want that 2 story stone fireplace and the extended patio covered.
      Cant go wrong with your choices either though. 💪🏿

    Love seeing them with different options. What a great video!! Thank you for sharing this. I liked the grand living room - even from a video, I was impressed! I also loved the extended shower as well, it had a real luxury feel to it. The extended patio the second home is going to make for a great outdoor space. I'm looking forward to hearing which living room you preferred, you always have a great eye. Thanks Sir Ashley!

    They were not going to build any more of the Blythe in Farrington until I had my realtor reach out about building it and they finally said they would be open to building it again. So glad to see it as an option now!

      Thanks Walt. MI homes usually waits to build the blythe floorplan in a community until they know it's going to appraise. The blythe is one of their larger floorplans and if they had built it in the Farrington community to begin with, chances are it would not have appraised. That portion of Huntersville hadn't garnered those high comps like other areas of Huntersville, so MI homes had to establish the baseline pricing and work property values up in order to get the high purchase prices necessary to make a profit from sale of the blythe.
      Thanks for watching Walt and thanks to your realtor.

      @@advisorSirAshley Sir that makes sense. When we came to town in June to visit I saw the Blythe at Ramsey's Glen and said I have to have this. Went to Farrington and they only had one which is in that round about. The lady I talked with said they were told the Blythe would not be built there because it required a lot that could accommodate the size of that plan. Once Chris gave the okay to build it I was super excited. Then I ended up going with the London Plan by Taylor Morrison because of the lottery system MI has on the lots. I love your videos!

    You talking about everything except for the cost of these.

    • @advisorSirAshley
      @advisorSirAshley  Před 2 lety

      That's because the cost varies. Ad they increase the cost every 3 or so sales. But as of October 29th the pricing was starting off right around $550k. Thanks for watching Sneak Peak
