  • Hey guys and a very warm welcome back to what's for tea :)
I hope you're all very well indeed. Right guys....I was going to making haggis bon-bons but by request....I've decided to pop up a Cottage pie instead.....this is very similar to a shepherds pie but instead of minced lamb, you would use minced beef. Now guys it's quite important that you get the best ground beef or minced beef that you can afford....I always go to my local butcher, which can be bit on the higher side of the price, but well worth it, as the mince is where 90% of the flavour in this recipe comes from. But you can of course use whatever you choose :) You could also use Quorn mince in this if you wanted to keep it vegetarian....right guys this is what you'll need if you want to give this a go....
