Be honest everyone KD was the most consistent player all yr...he was available, clearly showed up every game in the playoffs, and had to play on both ends of the floor at age 35

I know this team as currently constructed will not win the chip.
KD is getting old , don’t be surprised if he falls off tremendously during next season. Just saying I’m not blind I’m also not an expert but when you have watched this team for soooo many years , you have an idea.
I respect how you feel about KD but he was the best player on the team the whole year. Idk how anyobe would feel like he will be worde next year, i only see him getting better with an actual offense that utilizes his skilk set.

Bc I watched a good amount of him at USC and the College game isn’t for him especially offensively
Defensively he was the best defender on the team, great at rotations and help defense beating ppl to their spots, great at getting into the passing lanes, great screen navigator, has a crazy motor. Offensively can push the pace a one man fast break kinda guy, & very very unselfish
The kid is made for the modern NBA as a PG
I believe his ceiling is a much more athletic Jrue Holiday a Top Tier role player that can knock down open 3’s. Play great defensively on the perimeter with strength and lateral speed
He’s going to be a very annoying defender in the league bc he’s strong, athletic, quick, and most importantly a disciplined defender.
Tbh I think we should Draft him with our First Round Pick and play backup PG exactly what we need Defensively on the Perimeter, offensively can hit open 3’s, push pace, might be bad floor general wise but Budenholzer runs concepts and not sets so f it😂😂, & his maturity fits right in.
