Andras Sajo speaks on Constitutionalism in the Open Society

CEU's Rethinking Open Society project brings leading thinkers to CEU to examine open society, its history, its achievements and failures, and its future prospects in a political environment that challenges its ideals. It is an effort to subject the ideals of open society to unsparing scrutiny, and answer some of the fundamental questions of our time.
This video features an interview with Professor Andras Sajo, former judge at the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg. He is currently University Professor at CEU's Department of Legal Studies and Global Visiting Professor of Law at New York University Law School. Professor Sajo was the founding dean of Legal Studies at CEU.
