Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez Showdance to We Need A Little Christmas by Idina Menzel.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman host the grand final of Strictly Come Dancing. Back in October, 12 stars entered the ballroom, and now we are down to the final quartet. Tonight, those four and their partners dance three times in a bid to lift the famous Glitterball Trophy.
Celebrities take to the dance floor to perform a dazzling display of ballroom routines.

OMG, get this girl a musical of her own... she is totally wasted in East Enders.... So beautiful and joyful to watch. Great show dance!
She certainly is a very talented young girl and Gorka the most wonderful of partners and teacher.
Strictly was indeed a breath of fresh air that I'm sure invigorated the spirits of the nation
well now she going to do Strictly the Musical Theatre so wish granted I guess
I adore every single thing about Maisie in this competition, and I just loved how much fun she had acting all her performances out today. This was pure Hollywood and it was glorious. A West End audition tape if ever I saw one, and she deserves every opportunity she'll undoubtedly have coming her way! What a fantastic finalist and she was definitely my winner!
Absolutely everything I look for in a Showdance. Jazzy, classy, sophisticated, professional and magical. Her lines are stunning, beautiful sway and story telling. Such lovely footwork the way she points her toes and oh my goodness that lift off the wee snow globe thing was just jawdropping, such an elegant transition. What did this not have? There was American Smooth, Tap, Jazz, Charleston, Swing, Viennese Waltz etc just stunning. I hope the public will see this girl is certainly not full of herself and is not as confident as they think, and any way if she was confident so what? She is one of the best dancers they have ever had so it doesn't matter. She has such a beautiful expression when she dances I love it. Even Craig couldn't find a thing wrong with it and neither could I. *10/10*
I would give it a 10/10 too, there is just nothing wrong with it, it's stylish and elegant, just fantastic
@@kevinjones9578 its quickly becoming one of my favourite strictly routines ever. Pure Hollywood class and such a lovely Christmas feel
yeah it's true Hollywood style and to be honest, it is probably the best show dance ever on strictly, thinking of how young she is aswell
Yes to everything you just said. I really don't enjoy the holidays at all for a few reasons, but this dance made my Grinch heart 10 sizes too big. I grinned ear-to-ear the first time I saw it and I'm still grinning 3443+ watches later. Definitely one of my favorite showdances of all time!
I loved every second of the 2021 series. It was a bright spot on an otherwise demoralizing year. Maisie's dances were a big part of making the tail end of 2020 a little bit brighter; a little bit happier.
That's the best showdance I've ever seen. So joyful.
l think she should have got a special award 1as she was the 1st youngest on Strictly Come DANCING also her dancing was out of this world for some one who had not done any of these Dances from someone who watches Strictly Come Dancing ever year
Francis Park I thought Louisa Lytton was younger? She was also excellent,
@@bnanaaasbrown9529 Louisa was younger but never made the final
That was pure magic!!!! It was like watching a west end number... it was a lovely tribute to the golden era of jazz. Maisie was like a fairy out there... she was creating wonders with her dancing. It was unbelievably effortless, charming, heartwarming, classy, elegant... she was totally into the music, she created a true musical theatre number of the highiest quality... her acting, her dancing, the way she was accenting each and every beat of the music with her body, that tap section, those dreamy lifts, the gorgeous outfits, her mesmerising partnership with Gorka and his choreography of course came together to one perfect, enchanting, dancing-wise and performance-wise immaculate routine.... it was like watching two professional dancers creating an angelic dance- sensation.... mesmerising and sheer perfection!!!!
My score: a 10!!!!!
This is me favourite showdance by far. So cute...beautiful characterisation the whole way...very cohesive... dreamy!
She's not just performing dance moves with conviction...she's telling a story.
She does not miss a beat...every gesture has meaning.
She should be on Broadway!!!!
Sheâs such a beautiful dancer â€ïž GOOOORGEOUS as Craig would say!! x x
Dont you mean Craig would say:GOOOORGEOUS DAAARRLING (or) FAB YOU LUS!
If there would be an all-star season, really looking forward to see Maisie!
Maisie shouldâve won this was amazing
Easily my favourite show dance. Proper dancing and not stomping about. Beautiful.
Well and truly robbed...... never seen such a young dancer be so graceful inspiring talented and as good as a professional. Fixed how a 55 year old who just shuffled heâs way through every dance can win..... maybe the public seen something I neverđ€
By far one of the best show dances I have seen! It was just so much fun to watch and was just overall stunning. It really put me in the Christmas spirit.
The Winner by a mile. Beautiful đ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđ€đ„đââïž
This was pure excellence. Maisie really could be in the West End with her talent. This dance was utter perfection and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED ITđđđđđđđđđđđđđđđ
She's going into Strictly Ballroom the musical
10. One of the best show dances I've ever seen on strictly. So much dance content and performance, just like Tom Chambers, actually.
Was my favourite since the very beginning...
Brings me to tears every time. Perfection.
Still raging that she didn't win.
This young lady brings me joy with every dance she performs, some people may not feel confident in there personel life but show more confidence in their art... Whether it's dancing or acting.. Fantastic performance
Incredible, the best showdance!
Astonishingly excellent, right out of a Hollywood musical movie at the peak.
Best dancer strictly has ever produced đ
The best dance In strictly history in my eyes. Magnificent Maisie. Overcame all the trolls to become the winner all the way. Good luck lovely your future is looking good đđ„đ€đ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđđââïž
Best dance of the series
Scores: 10, 10, 10= 30
I don't care what anyone says about her but she's an amazing dancer and I love how confident she is in herself đ
10 (Aw! I loved the joy and classiness of this routine. They brought the spirit of Christmas to the dance floor and I loved it! Don't need to say much else as she always smashes it on every level. Definitely the most polished dancer this series and it's only right that this got 30 after Bill's showdance)
She is unbelievable. The choreography for this was fabulous, well done Gorka. Maisie you are a star â„ïž
Incredible show dance - Maisie and Gorka are just incredible đ
Stunning expressive and just a joy to watch. Ok so the final is over the winner announced and to be honest I would have been happy with any couple winning. Just loved this
This girl needs to be in Hollywood
Sadly Hollywood doesnât do this kinda stuff any more
Gutted she didnât win but I wanted either Bill or Maisie to win and voted for them both so Iâm happy for Bill âșïž
if she can sing, she's got a guaranteed West End career the moment she gets bored of Eastenders.
sheâs posted a couple of videos of her singing, sheâs amazing
She sure can, she's unstoppable
Pretty sure she released a single or maybe even an album a couple of years ago!
Godd is there anything this young lady can't do? All of her dances have been absolutely fantastic. She took the competition like a duck to water since episode 1, and her showdance has warmed even my Christmas-hating heart. I love her confidence, the easy way she moves, and those facial expressions are just to die for! So many little nuances in all of it create this beautiful portrait of dance; of a woman who danced her heart out and made us all smile when we were feeling the most demoralized and alone.
Thank you Maisie for making the end of 2020 a little bit brighter for everyone. You are the heart of everything Strictly was about in 2020. I can't wait to see what you do after this you incredibly talented human you. Love from the USA xx
This was wonderful, I loved Gorka throughout strictly, what a beautiful show dance him and Maisie did and so needed this year.... Sorry he didn't take the giltterball home , the public loved Bill and Otie more.
This was the best showdance for me, even though I was gunning for Harvey and Janette. It was just the classic feel and how she really epitomised it, she was living every moment. Classy and elegant.
Beautiful, classy, or in the words of craig: goooorgeous darling! đ x
I know she didnât win but she was absolutely AMAZING! I watched that in ore! 11đ€Ż
Lovely, classy and fun. Brilliant show dance.
She's so talented dancer
This gave me white christmas dance number vibes and I loved it!
Amazing ,this partnership was just so wholesome and she really is a đ.Loved watching her danceâ€ïž
My winners, they were consistently good, better than good in fact.
(and I fell in love with Gorka after seeing his Tango)
She should win
I dont usually watch strictly, but did on saturday. One the most entertaining shows I've seen, everyone absolutely brilliant. Think this girl best dancer
You could just tell, all the pros and celebs thought Maisie should win, she always got the biggest applause. Iâm also gutted for HRVY and Janette who should have finally got a win with an incredible dancer, instead of Oti with an average dancer (only won in popularity, not on dancing merit).
Magical Maisie was stunning all evening! Gorka's Choreo and their chemistry together is just beautiful to watch, so joyful and uplifting. We've never had a Christmas Showdance before and this was perfection! :D
This is my favourite dance of the night :)
Gorgeous!
Stunning!! đ
In my opinion she and HRVY were the best dancers and my vote would have gone to her! But like all such audience voted shows, it's not about who is the best but who is the most popular amongst the good.
So unfair ...... Maisie hrvy were super
Unbelievable. Just brilliant.
Beautiful!!
She is mesmerising đ„ș
So good!!!
This made me happy!
Im so sad they didnt win đ
Oh my god so many likes đš
I'm just glad she made it as a finalist after all those dance offs!
Same here
its hard for young women to win the show giving the demographic of the audience
Is it me or did I just DIE at the thumbnail đđ
Phew they changed it
@@Emily_47 Oh, I missed it. What was it?đ
What was it?
@@annie-jo5dc it was Maisie pulling an extremely weird face
@@Chloe-sb5ww it was Maisie pulling a weird creepy face
Itâs like watching a film sequence! I love it!!!!
WOW!!! That was superb and such a joyful number.
10/10 enough said
AMAZING should win come on
I absolutely LIVE for these kind of dances. This was SO SO GOOD!!!
love this show dance so much!
This was amazing.
Aaaand... how difficult it would have been to give three glitter balls this year? It is a very unusual season, anyway. Bill is amazing, but Maisie is exceptional, and HRVY is terrific.I am not a fan of either of these two youngsters but I cannot deny the obvious.
The public always vote (?) the favourite. Granted Bill did ok but it is supposed to be about dancing abilities. I knew it in advance that Bill wins..disappointing. Maisie so deserved it.
I don't think it's entirely about dancing abilities, I think Strictly's a bit more than just that.
Bill did excellently for his age and his showdance suited his personality it oozed male dominance, strength and sensuality whereas Maisey's also suited her age, i.e., the lightness, playfulness and youthfulness. Both these showdances were amazing and it came down to who the public favoured and that was Bill.
@@thenjimthanti4538 but i personally think bill was voted for cause of his age
Get âem Maisie
Our little Ginger Rogers, has done it again. Whoop, whoop đ
This is just so amazing! She belongs in a musical not East enders, she would make lots of money from it, she is so joyful and happy.
đLike below if you think the same
Coming back to this because itâs nearly Christmas âșïž
WOWSERS!!!!! STUNNING DANCERS, BEAUTIFUL MAISIE & HANDSOME GORKA. Thank You! Thank You! For Bringing Pure Christmassy JOY To The Dance Floor. GORGEOUS! YOU'RE MY FAVOURITES! XX (:
That was lovely đ
Maisie was my winner! Sorry Bill!
They should of won
OMFG that was amazing!
Fantastic
I voted for them 5 times pls they need to win
Maisie should of won.
Brilliant â€ïž
Yeeeehse yeeese yeeese!
absolutely stunning showdance! I loved every second of it! â„ïž
Class.
I LIKE THIS VIDEO!
I really donât know whoâs going to win this, everyoneâs brought their a game. (10)
I hope Maisie can sing, she can do West End!
I want her to get like a Zendaya carrier afterwards!
Beautiful âšâš
Iâm a bit devo that she didnât win! But still really happy for bill đ
Great dance! It's very good dancing from Maisie, but she did do a mini mishap but not noicable. 10

Was that Dianne saying âAyyy!â at 0:34???
It's Xmas themed!!!!!!!!!!!
Perfectly executed perfect for a Christmas special but not iconic and powerful enough to give them victory IMO
True
Gorka needs to choreograph for the west end

She SO should have won. All 3 of her dances were incredible. I don't mean to be unkind or disrespectful or anything, but how the hell did Bill win? His dances had nowhere near as much technique and content as Maisie's (or HRVY, for that matter). My Mum was so disappointed, she turned the TV off when Bill won. Also - Oti won last year with Kelvin! Am halfway suspecting that the show is rigged. Yeah, I know the public can vote for their 'favourite', and their 'favourite' is not necessarily the best dancer and blah blah blah. It still doesn't mean the declared 'winner' deserved to win.
It just takes the fun out of everything, you can tell the pros basically everyone respected Maisie and her craft. She was in a different league. She should have won I will forever be upset over this.
@@megan5529 she had the public against her too. to go out and perform the way she did every week without having as many votes, she deserved to win so much more
Would have been one of the most satisfying feel good wins. The last time it went my way was when Jay won with Aliona, since then its all gone downhill. Maisie deserved this so much such a huge injustice.
@@megan5529 Same here!
How me and my friends rated it -
Me - 10/10
Alex - 10/10
Lily- 10/10
Total - 30/30
Maisie is every bit as good as Hrvy. I wish they could both win. A tie.
I think she's a lot better!
He couldnât do what she does.
This is great, but it is so frustrating that since Len left, dancing in hold has gradually become non-existent in the show
