Cooking on a Budget! Quick Easy Vegetable Stir Fry Meal For The Weekday

Filming this video felt counterintuitive because I knew it would be longer and my anxiety was telling me that it has to be short if I want people to watch. I got over it pretty quick because I was enjoying being in the kitchen with y'all and sharing something personal and a very real fear that I have.
