Well, it kind of also happens in reverse. I introduced a friend from the SH fandom to FNaF and they immediately began looking at it through the lens of an SH installment.
If you like a lot of the modern analog horror type stuff you’ll thoroughly enjoy SH2-4. SH2 is the game almost every horror game from like 01-2014 has tried to be since it dropped over two decades ago. It’s the mother of horror games as we know them right next to PT. both were massive inspirations for their generations of gaming. SH2 has its flaws but there’s a reason it’s got such a high rep.
