Hi Amber,
By tapping on the top of the bottle with your index finger, the oil is more easily released(just a few drops). This way you don’t have to shake the bottle and run the risk of having to much oil on your hands. Hope this tip helps.

Your hair looks so healthy. I will be straightening my hair for the first time in December and I’m still terrified to get heat damage. But how confident you are that you won’t get damage makes me feel like why am I so worried when I know what to do and what not to do. But I see so many getting heat damage right and left. Your hair looks like it will bounce back though 💯
I definitely understand the fear! I’ve been natural for 9 years, and I’ve straightened my hair about once a year for growth checks. The key to avoiding heat damage is a great heat protection and going easy on the number of passes. Sometimes you have to take a break and come back to that section 😅. Hope this helps ❤

I just brought a Revlon round blow dryer about two months ago, and I love it! It does wonders to my hair. I haven't applied a straighter once to straighten it! I wish I had this blow dryer back in high school. It would have saved me a lot of heat damage and breakage. Especially in college, all my hair broke off to my shoulders. Fast forward 5 years, my hair is down to my waist, and this is the only tool I will use to straighten my hair from now on.
Have you had any bad heat damage from the brush. I used mine today but it got my hair super straight and I’m nervous

Hi Amber, where did you find the Babyliss nano titanium hair straightener? It’s impossible to find in Europe because is for the USA market, I found an european titanium plates version online but I’m not sure is the same quality/material! Did you bought it in Usa or did you find a online store who ships in Eu?
I bought the Tymo Sway flat iron with nano tinanium plates (like almost all their hot tools) but I’m not sure it’s like the Babyliss I would like to know you opinion about that if one day you’ll try it!
I understand your concern but like you said when we've been taking care of our hair all year long knowing what to do and what not to do what's the point if you can't straighten it a couple times a year without worrying about damaging it
