Question which franchise pizza is the best? California? Bertucchi’s? What determines your score? The sauce? The cheese? Crust? All combined I imagine. I don’t like a super saucy pizza I like a coverage of sauce but not a pizza avalanche of sauce. I love my sauce well balanced not too sweet but not too robust. I have a love for a good crusty flakey Greek style crust. I’m from Massachusetts and haven’t had a superb pizza but I currently live in Connecticut and I’ve been impressed. I guess another factor would be ownership as long as their T-shirt fits and they don’t tell you to enjoy your pizza and then insult you.

Damn, I'm surprisingly good at pre-guessing Dave's scores, usually within a 0.1 - 0.2 difference, but I had this pegged at a 6.0, judging by the looks and the flop.
You have to account for how North he is. Anything above new York line get a +1 handicap.

Anyway Marcos pizza on Fletcher Ave in Tampa, FL is the best.
Had a guy named Tyler make my pizza exactly as I wanted.
Told him if you look at the pizza and say OH SHIT the pizza is burnt that's how I like it.
The pizza was black burnt, extra cheese, and sauce.

I've suffered through so many of these while eating frozen pizza, that I finally came up with the ultimate FROZEN PIZZA BACHELOR LIFE HACK:
1. Get a frozen cheese pizza (thin)
2. Get some chopped garlic, or chop some and spread it over the frozen pie
3. Get some canned anchovies and scatter them over the pie
4. Slice fresh jalapenos thinly and spread them over the pie
Bake until no flop! Or add your own fave toppings. Trust me, it will make watching these reviews a lot easier!
Probably better just to ditch the frozen pie, and make something with those superior ingredients.

I heard the crisp. If it was a good tasting pie, I can see the argument for getting up in the 7's, but I think in the northeast, that would have been no higher than a 6.9. It definitely got the "vibes" boost.

I keep looking to see if you did a review in seattle. I moved here 5 years ago and havent found a single decent pizza that you would rate over a 4.0. I came from Los Angeles which has some really solid pizza. Please find me a place in western washington. At this point ill drive 3 hours for a pizza you rate a 7 or higher. Best pizza ive had in this state is a Red Baron frozen pizza i cooked in my own oven. We got some of the best shawarma ive ever had though near UW. Shout out to "Alladins"
