If the Serbian speaker ends up using Torlakian Dialect then a Bulgarian or a Macedonian person can understand them since that's the closest dialect of this language close to Bulgarian and Macedonian languages.
Correct and Slavic language wise it would be rivaled by Russia 2009 🇷🇺 since Eastern Slavic languages like Russian can deliver same emotional messages as Serbo-Croatian like Jelena's 2008 and Severina's 2006 song

One of my favorite entries! When Serbia sends this powerballads they are AMAZING! There is something about the Serbian language that portraits emotions so deep...this entry along with Lane Moje and of course Molitva are a testament of how Serbia can be such Powerhouse at Eurovision.
