I tried making it today....it turned out to be crunchy, crispy and delicious....it was just the street style gol gappa....i tried 2 recipes before but it wasn't as good as urs and the earlier recipes didn't even swell up my puris....thankyou for sharing this recipe with us

I must say I attempted for the first tym and followed the instructions though my water ratio had to be increased to achieve the dough as mentioned in the video.
