Very useful one... I am a regular viewer. I have tried many recepies of yours. Chicken ularthe, tomato chutney, moru kachiyathe, sambar powder, idli with raw rice, pressure cooker chicken biriyani, kethel chicken fry, palappam etc... All recepies were super hit at home.I was fascinated with your cake decoration with pastel shaded animal figurines that appeared in vanitha years back.I am so happy to have found this channel.

Hi chechi, Thanks a lot for this video. Commonly everyone feels cooking eggs is simple. But without loosing all its protein, vitamins cooking a egg; seriously I was unware of the timings especially for boiling & all. I was expecting such a video.. once again thanks a lot for posting this and 1 single doubt is that for bullseye & scrambled egg gas heat was at low right? Thattukada style egg & omelette is also expecting. Thanks a lot once again.

Tried this just now. It was quite a failure. Followed the instructions to the dot..... After a good boil, took it off the stove top; waited 13 minutes. Transferred them into cold tap water. Tried shelling them after around 30 minutes when I had slack. Egg shell stuck to the egg white, the area around the air sac was not hard/firm and the toughest was to remove the rest of the egg shell in several short swift actions. Didn't happen😮. I'm thinking that cooking time would definitely vary depending on source - farm fresh, poultry farm, free range or 'naadan'.....ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL
Ma'am, I usually do it this way. It has never failed. Did you cover the vessel after boiling. Fresh egggs are a bit difficult to peel off.
@ Annie Joseph. Don’t know why that happened. Instead of transferring to cold water, take it out after 13 minutes onto a plate and check
