I think Gianni's Duke has so over shadowed the original character at this point that this is just who Duke is now. He's the guy who says strange strangs things to me with a mega death riff in the background. That's Duke now. And I'm here for it.
Theres one reason. The OG clip has a faint “Akira…!” in the background which overlays the last part of Tetsuo’s scream. If Gianni can just voice Tetsuo, it saves on editing it out, which is useful narratively because Duke solos Akira in mental fuckery. Duke… is actually pretty uncontested in that field in general.
I'm not sure what's the funnier interpretation: - Duke just randomly thinking that - Duke intentionally thinking that because he knows Tetsuo can hear him

What’s particularly wild is that the differences are still fairly noticeable; it just fits well enough as a voice that it doesn’t stick out. Well. A shower Costs 19 liters per minute. Assuming you don't do anything productive during your piss which lasts around 15-20 seconds it will waste 4.5-6.0 liters on your piss which is about more than a small flush. Tl:dr wash your hair while you piss to not waste water
