Awesome machine!!! I had a 1977 GS750 for a few years and it was super reliable. I rode it across Australia and back with no major issues. I did 10,000 kms in two weeks. It was already pretty old when I got it but it just kept going. I also had a Wes Cooley GS1000 which was also great.
Nice seeing these older bikes on your channel, hope this comes a thing now where you have a collection of 70's and 80's bikes making a regular appearance. Good stuff 2Wfclassics
@@2wheelfamily493 good morning I Got A 1978 kl 250trail bike I Got rust in the tank and it been sitting up for a while In my den in the house how and what I Need to do to get it back to riding status
I got a 1980 cx 500 as a project, Took me a while to get the carbs sorted ( new filters and exhaust may need a bit of re-jetting). . Thing is once you get it dialed, you just gotta keep riding periodically and getting fresh fuel into the carbs. It's fun messing with these old bikes, but I really appreciate FI bikes. Cheers bro
