both cases where the terms of breached conduct is ambiguous for the stormers the ref opts to penalize with a yellow instead of a penalty kick.
In a try then for the bulls he opts to award the try despite the questionability of the camera angles on that forward pass.
Refs should not have this much free roam in the outcome of a game.

Home wins are crucial but a champion side HAS to be able to win anywhere as the Crusaders have shown.
