How can we complain when we have a Savior who gave His all and loves us unconditionally. He was that last offering. That perfect offering without spot or blemish. His precious blood is our covering. I can't help from serving such a Lord.
Everyone needs the Lord. He needs many people to turn to Him. A very encouraging song.
I've suffered addictions & many times tried to overcome them on my own...It wasn't until I gave it all to the Lord that I could overcome...And, even when I struggle, He's always been there to see me through. Without Him, I am lost, hopeless & filled with despair. He IS the SOLUTION!!!!

Yes, humility is the key. We need to draw people towards the Cross by selfless obedience to Christ. It will never be easy, since we are all dirty rotten sinners as well. But our loving Creator only uses his creation to accomplish the job. It is the flawed, but saved reaching out to the other flawed, but unsaved. Our victory is in Christ.
People do need the Lord. Amen to that.
I remember when I first heard this song in church over 15 years ago. It has stayed with me all this time and it is definitely calling us to fulfill the Great Commission! People indeed need the Lord!

Just felt like I need a dose of Spiritual replenishment with this song. Didnt expect that there are a lot of SDA's were around the comments, its really kinda nice knowing that us SDA's stick together with songs that we usually hear at church and small group.

we are in perilious time, the end is near, we draw nigh to God, God is only hope of our salvation, we need to confess our sins daily and follow His commandments and submit in all things to God, God is wonderful in all things, merciful and He is forgiveness of our sins. if we confess and turn a way from sin. Do His will and give glory to God in our daily life...
Now, this does not mean we claim to be perfect, I am as far from perfect as anyone. But there is a difference between sinning and choosing to live a lifestyle of sin all while rejecting the truth of God and the truth of his word. When I fall (sin) I instantly feel conviction and seek out the grace of God. I ask for forgiveness and do my best to not repeat the sin. I fail often, but I repeat the process of Grace. Boltz has chosen to reject God and live in sin. That is the difference.

I agree the Lord is all about love and it's unconditional and it says "Came as you are" after that is your love for him that want to better yourself for the one that you love, and he came for the poor and the sick and for thieves and drunks and the ones the drogadict and homosexuals and prostitutes, for the the one that needs him, and he can clean us all, from the inequity, he came to give us life and life eternally, when we were living in sin, he came to us to be free. blessings.

People try and understand, that it does't matter who wrote or who sings it. To God be the glory for great things He has done to the hearts of people through this song.Secondly, God does't look for perfect people to use; He uses the broken vessel. "when we fall and our vessel brakes He just picks up the pieces, He does't throw the broken vessel away.Some of don't seem to know the Jesus that I know, If you did you would't be talking such nonsense.

@mac777daddy Jesus says in Mark 1:15 to repent and believe the gospel. When one repents, they turn over from their sins, not just saying that they don't carry out the action of sin but it is no longer their desire. It's all about the heart... and the change occurs as a supernatural work of God
Actually I was directed to this page, by one of... you people. I personally have never had a particularly "negative" experience with anyone religious (other than possibly street preachers), as I'm not a choir boy, so I have never been molested by one. BUT, I have eyes and ears and am able to see the way things are for myself. I actually recently attended a church Christmas carol type dealy. What a joke, have any of you ever read a physics book? Did you all flunk science at school REALLY bad?

Not sure where you get anyone is "discrediting" Boltz music, no one said anything about that. The Jimbo above has some issue with me correcting a poster who claimed this was a Boltz song and was being performed by Boltz. That being said, as Christians, we have to separate ourselves from charlatans, and Boltz is a Charlatan. He was leading his sinful choice of lifestyle during nearly his entire music career. We can not in good faith continue to promote his music. This does not mean we hate him

so many other for the wrong doings, like king James who wanted the bible translated and mass produce just so he could divorce his wife(still didn't give him reason). Not all of the great christian leaders of this world are free from their own sin. while it greives me, and yes, at first i didn't ever want to hear ray boltz music again, I realized that music GOD used so many times in the past and continues to use to bring people in to his kingdom. I would rather my kids listen to his than to
some of these other groups like skillet. And I'm not saying skillet is bad.

Why call yourself christian when God calls you a child of the living God? Acts 27v25: Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.
nor does it mean we are throwing him asunder. It simply means that his lifestyle choice has become his god, his music and expressions of faith during most of his career were false, and the results of his fake faith is his music hence we must not keep it as music of God since he lived a sinful life and lied each and every time he stepped out on the stage or as he wrote those songs. We must and do pray for him to find redemption, but we can not accept, support, or condone his action via his music.
I get it now, you are on meds and must have skipped a dose. Time to return to the normal world bub, take your meds and enjoy the day. When your dosage is right, let us all know what it is like to live in your world, would be fun to learn.
