Repairing a Rotabroach element 30 magnetic drill that wont switch on.

These Rotabroach drills are a good machine and well built but they can be expensive to fix and difficult to get parts for.
This one was luckily a simple fix in the end up. Someone changed the brushes and somehow bent the brass brush holder slightly.
quick file and it's as good as new again.

I have gotten two free dremels from the brushes over heating and melting the brush holder sockets. Little file work and they are brand new again. I have also had a milwaukee v28 impact wrench that worked randomly it had a cracked brush that would get stuck every now and then. Just wish someone would give me a free mag drill with this issue

Greetings my brother I also work on fixing power tools and the same problem happens to me every time it seems they make the brush holders from cheap quality brass
