I love accents as well. I recognize what you said about the judgement. I'm Dutch and you basicly have a new accent every 15 minutes. I'm from the western (South) Holland region. That is were the normal speech originated. But especially higher class people when they hear a Eastern or Southern Dutch accents they will judge you for it. So i guess it's Universal
