- Mandate 60 has officially graduated from the 26 week Basic Mandate Training at the Cobb County Public Safety Police Academy.

I'm going to speak nothing but facts. In today's world of people they are not about training people anymore. If you start a new job that you never done before no one is not going to train you they're going to expect that you already know it. I have been a teacher for 20 years and I switched over to working in a cafeteria kitchen at an elementary school and on my first day I didn't know nothing about working in a kitchen didn't even have experience and the manager told me on a month later. " You're doing a wonderful job now and you're moving so fast. On your first day I was thinking about letting you go because you was moving to slow and asking to many questions." People don't want to help you anymore people don't want to train you on your first day and first week anymore. In this new generation of people they expect for you to know what to do on your first day. I am planning on becoming a police officer and I'm studying now I'm even reading police reports because they're not going to care if I don't have experience and been a teacher for 20 years those police officers going to be looking for me to already know what to do on my first day and guess what? If I don't know or keep asking to many questions they're going to tell the chief to fire me. So that why I better be studying now and watching episodes of COPS TV show back to back because this is a dog eat dog world I'm living in no one cares about me but God and myself.

oc spray is the part i hate.. ive done it 5 times.. hopefully i wouldnt have to do it again when i apply
As long as you can prove it you should not have to be exposed again, but that decision will be up to the director of the police academy.
