12:15 in Kitty Hawk NC....barely drizzling..... winds relatively calm 5 mph or so with occasional gusts triple that.....I wonder how that speaks to the storm 'winding up' and severely impacting the Southern New England area? I moved out of Portsmouth RI so I didn't have to shovel snow. If the storm takes longer to develop.....how does that impact the snowfall predictions for not just the upper OBX region but for southern New England as a whole?
Edit: forgot to add it's about 40 degrees at about 15ft above sea level.

This is the most information I've gotten about the storm! Drove home from work at 12:30 a.m. the highway you can barely see! Although I am really enjoying the storm, I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to have work tomorrow at 5 p.m.?🤷🤔❄???
