Sir.
Dada, I think india should make some regulations for whiskey. After that india can creat very nice whiskey. Distelry should open in darjiling and near Kashmiri. We can produce whiskey like Japan after that.
Very nice information Dada. Thank you 🙏
Dear Dada,
Very informative video ... 👍
Very informative, thank you. I must say I was very surprised by some facts, and will look upon Indian whisky with a different eye in future. My favourite Indian whisky is Amrut, and I was wondering why it had no age on it.

Thanks for the info on smokiness!!! I always wondered what makes scotch more smoky than IMFLs.. Peat is the answer!!!
Yes
Video is great
Thanks
Yeah. Even between Scotch whiskey types, Islay whiskies are really smoky. Take Laphroig for example.
Very informative. Good Video Presentation.
I used to be called at jhonny walkers meetings in Taj . For tasting Their version of whiskey. But later I stopped going. But still a member of wine society of India. Gone are those when I used to drinks. But very detailed video
Really good information
Great Emfrometion ....nice video.
Very nice guidance
You covered good points. However, when it comes to the question of Scotch , things become precise.when you see the word “Malt” , it has to be from Barley. This is the basic difference between Scotch ( Malt whisky) and American Bourbon , where the grain is Rye.
Another point , all the scotch don’t have the peaty flavour. The smoky flavour comes due to Phenol. There are ppm specifications for that too. Scotland have 5 whisky producing regions. The Islay area has the most famous 3 distilleries and they all produce highly peaty malts - Lagavulin, Laphroaig and Aberlour. They are really class.
The famous Isle of Skye whisky - Talisker (10 yrs old) and the most recent Talisker Skye are peaty too.
I heard that most of the Indian whiskies are made from molasses or grains other than barley.
Cocktails India I am overwhelmed, I am no expert but indeed a good enthusiast. Thank you for your comment , which place are you based on ?
single malt means from one distillery
Aaapki style bahut badhiya hai , asani se sab samajh me aajata hai. Koi aur channel me alcohol ke barey me mujhe kuch khas nahi samajh me aata tha , isliye maine aapko subscribe Kiya. Keep it up
