@@unexpectedelegance Hi there... I had a great question..did you ever tried to use this technique with paint chalk on a microfiber fabric or a velvet type fabric? Thank you for a response back. 😀
I saw on others videos that the people spritz the cloth with water before they painted, they said it helped the fabric take the paint. How come you didn't? I wondered if it was because you used Annie Sloan products. The other videos used different products. Fab I believe.
Mary West the reason that she didn't spritz the chair with water is because she had already diluted the chalk paint with water. She used a fifty- fifty mix.
Thank you for describing the texture of the finished fabric, as well as letting us hear what it sounds like to touch it and flex it.
Great tutorial! Thank you!!!!
Love your tutorials. Thank you.
Thank you!

Just looks like you covered one side of the bench cushion with white fabric!!! #itsanofromme
No it doesn't. It's white paint. She wasn't doing anything but showing a quick tutorial on how to paint and wax with chalk paint and wax over fabric.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but it does work with fabric with a little texture. However, if it is fury it probably won't.
