Thank you for appreciating my videos. It is my goal to really show what these inks would look on paper. I see a lot of you tube videos of ink swatches but the swatches and writing samples are not in close up so it’s hard to see. I make sure I do a close up of my writing samples to give my viewers a better look at these inks and see those interesting ink properties like shading, sheen or shimmer. I personally prefer a physical store for pens and inks and would like to test and swatch these inks before buying but I don’t think there’s a pen store close to where I am at. I have to get them online so these reviews are definitely helpful.
I am 60 years old and never liked my handwriting. A few years ago I started to develop a taste for using fountain pens and have improved a lot. However, after seeing your handwriting I can understand how far I still am. Your typography (even fast and with little misalignments) shows a delicate balance that I have not seen anywhere else. Is there a chance you make a video showing us your normal writing?. Congratulations.
I found you normal writing is very good - to my liking. I did not like typical "business pen man type of writing" - you writing seems to me very readable , and practical for normal use. Can you guide us how to practice such writing style ?
Thanks for your comment. I’ll see if I can do a tutorial series on cursive writing. What do you mean by “business pen man type of writing”? You mean like Spencerian style? My writing is not elaborate or have too much flourish and it’s kind of hard to describe what style my writing is. But I can share some tips to improve cursive hand writing.
@@tintanna4793 typical cursive we see - "palmer method of writing" to me is not very interesting - rather your style is very easily readable , practical and nice to copy
