So initially, the video was designed to showcase how to go plastic free. But the longer I did my research, I realized it's virtually impossible to go plastic free.
In my opinion, the goal of going plastic free is a great start, the process and the journey of realizing that everything we touch as some sort of plastic is where the growth and mindfulness happens.
In this video, I took a positive step towards raising my awareness of zero waste and plastic-free lifestyle.

Aw man. I cant tell you how much paper I just throw away because I can only bear to sit at the shredder for so long. I'll try the 2 plastic container idea as opposed to multiple small bottles of water, which I currently have too much of. Thanks. 👍

I shop at Trader Joe’s. I’m trying to get myself into Whole Foods soon :)
I have 23 reusable bags because I forget them every time i go to the store 😂 definitely harder than it lookss..
In my house we use a 13 gallon trash bag daily its really bad..
