I just cannot remember when its exactly I am listening to this song recently. Its so beautiful song actually. When I finished my Senior High School, around in the era of 89, I heard to this song many often. My lovely France female teacher at the school knew the meaning of the title of the song "C'est la vie". I asked her and she told me that the meaning is that is a life. What a wonderful and lovely song ever
