That's true, Justin Bieber - baby is a perfect example of that, it has like 900 million views but almost half of them are from people who dislike the song.
I would call this house music. Although, the intro is dubstep, and Submerse usually makes Garage music. All three of these genres are at the same tempo though, (140bpm) it's just the kick/snare combinations that are arranged differently.
