Nice match. Great job sticking with and not letting those mistakes get in your head for the next stage.

Thanks man! I was definitely not expecting that result with two hits on non threats 😂

It’s not over till it’s over. The competition may have a worse day than you…
I remember at the first Pineywoods match. I was shocked to have beaten Kevin Harding. He miss read a stage and went 30 points down and several PEs to boot.
The corollary is also true. I took a reshoot at Tx state last year…. Should have kept the Original score, I would have finished 3rd CO. My reshoot took a “bad” stage and salted the wound😂😂😂 all lessons learned though.
      Any way Ted talk over…
You shooting Tx State or The Western?

It lets you know if you’re properly target focused, or if you’re paying too much attention to the dot and are starting to focus on that. Also helps the SRO avoid a false double dot if you happen to be shooting into the sun on a morning stage. It’s called dot occlusion if you want to look into it more. Plenty of good information on it out there.
