Danny and I were trying to bridge to y'all's chase group when the hinge on my seatpost snapped. I felt the saddle slip but had no idea what was going on. Made it a few laps before the saddle fell right off. In retrospect I should've just pulled out as soon as it fell off but adrenaline was pumping.
Someone told me Wout lost his saddle during a CX race and ended up winning. I was just giving you a hard time. It was funny to see on video. Props for hanging in there as long as you did and thanks for the explanation!
Another great one Vince. Re leadout: last lap no gifts I’m fighting for position and will only give up a wheel if I feel that it puts me in a better position in the final corner. If a team is willing to send riders up to set a fast tempo 3-5 laps out, I will let them do it as it tends to keep things safe.

Despite the lead out of BP#6 not being fast enough, nobody is giving up wheels for their competition on bell lap... It seems to me that there needs to be better communication between the "lead out" rider and the "sprinter". If the sprinter is being challenged, the lead out guy needs to know so that they can reposition themselves in the best possible way for their designated sprinter. Love the content- one day I will make it up to one of these!

Which software are you using for telemetry data for the videos?
Telemetry Overlay. It's not free, but it's much easier than Garmin Virb.
@@VSCycling Garmin Virb Edit doesn't even work anymore and is old and outdated. Seems like Telemetry overlay is the only game in town that's updated and in active development.
