So so happy you’re feeling better! Those fears are no joke!! I’ve been in treatment for over a year now for OCD. I was always terrified something bad would happen. The fear literally controls your whole life. With treatment, I feel soooo much better, and feel like I’m actually living now. It’s huge 😊! Btw You’re beautiful and glowing! ❤

I love cranberry juice. Mix some water with it. Also a lot of vitamin c will help keep UTIs away.
Med titration successes!! That was one of the hardest for me to come off of. The headaches are no joke! Also, I am a miracle sceptic but like 4 hours after the first dose of the antibiotic for a UTI 👏🏻

Love Aldi, went back to shopping with them months agso. I work at a grocery store, prices are high, having sales works but not all of the time. I only buy drinks at my work but everything else I shop at aldi and I'm able to buy more for my budget. Love the AOS, have gotten many cute things.

I am off all my meds also except for tripeptide. I’ve been maintaining weight for five months now and I don’t see me coming off the medicine because I need it to manage my insulin resistance and mentally with the food noise. Without it I would have to be on a low low carb diet, the rest of my life and I’m tired of dieting.
A small squirt of liquid Stevie in cranberry juice helps it taste So Much better....I also do half water and half cranberry juice....Tastes so much better.....
Have you checked into the B12 in certain vitamins and the water enhancers? The B12 thats derived from cyanocobalamin is so bad! We've switched vitamins to avoid it, along with avoiding dyes and doing the nuvita cellular detox!
Yay!!! How are you liking the detox?! I had to take a break while I’m on antibiotics but I love hearing feedback from fellow detoxes! And also YES John just talked about this today! It’s so crazy you brought it up because we also were looking at some of our seltzer waters have it as well 🫠☠️
I'm personally not doing the detox because I'm breastfeeding my 3 month old. But we just finished the first 4 weeks of detox for my 2 year old! He's talking more, sleeping great, stomach issues are much better!

Hello guys.. My Mounjaro prescription is on its way. Was wondering is it safe to fast 36/40 hours while on Mounjaro.. I don’t have any diseases or on any pills I’m just fat.

So just curious, do you take any kind of stimulant for your ADHD? I’ve been on adderall since I was 14 I’m 37 now and I wonder what im going to feel like when I finally stop. As a new mom to a 14 month old I stopped while pregnant and not sure I really needed to go back like I did after I had him. I’m still a complete scatterbrained on it lol
No I’m not! I took 2 out of my prescription and it made me SO SLEEPY which is weird because it’s literal mETh🫠 lol I’ve accepted my fate as a forever space cadet 🤣
Look up D Mannose to prevent uti. Natural, but my doc recommended.
100% recommend was getting them every other month after a bad one I got and so far 3 months free knock on wood.

They are lowering their prices because they like all the grocery stores have been engaged in profiteering. Record profits for them all. People are cutting back and because demand is down they are being forced to cut prices. Walmart, target, etc are also slashing prices. I was at Sam’s club this past weekend. Everything and I mean everything was marked down.
I just don’t want this to be seen as a benevolent act on any grocery stores part. Those MFers have been taking advantage of real inflation to of their bottom lines. Point blank.

Where I work prices are still high, I shop their to get drink but my main shopping is at Aldi because I'm able to get much more for my budget. Aldi has always be cheaper compared other places in my area, that's why I went back to shopping with them, yes they are lowering prices but for the summer. Walmart and target are following to keep people happy and to shop with them.
