Nice... my pulley was trash and making a horrible grinding noise.

Great informative video.. Not sure 20254AA is correct, that pulls up a 12 or 10-rib belt, not really the 8-rib belt that is required.. I wish you had provided the longer number (D84-1000-6082520). Other than that, this vid will definitely help us "youtubing" Cat C15 acert owners for years to come. I've owned my MXS for over 12 years and I have done this job twice (belts and main tensioner ONLY). I've never replaced any of the other pulleys but they need it done for sure by now! I found your video because I was looking up videos of engines like mine to find the part number for the main belt on my engine. My local CAT or KW shops unfortunately don't like giving out part numbers if you are not making a purchase "from them" anymore.. My main belt is starting to get a few micro cracks and my spare belt (that's in my sidebox) as well as the belt that's on my truck has worn off all the numbers. The next time I will tape the part number to my spare belt! And yes, always keep workable spare parts handy because they can be a lifesaver, trust me! Also, good job "limping it" back home and quickly switching out pulleys on the fly and putting a spacer behind it.. Hell you sound just like me, "if it's a will it's a way!!" &FYI, I just became your 64th subscriber... just keep the camera rolling during ALL of your truck repairs and keep putting out content so that you can keep growing your channel!🤙
