Absolutely lovely 😍 design inside and out. The laundry room is just right. The only thing for me is I'm not sure that I saw built in closet and wardrobe space in each bedroom.

Nice house but there needs to be a reception hall of some sort. Guests walking in directly on hardwood or carpet will ruin the flooring. Nowhere to hang coats and jackets not a space for the 'Cobbler's At Home" at the end of the evening.

What about a L-shape house design the land area is 210 sq m and the lot looks like a triangle. The back is wider than the front. How can you make a house plan with that lot? Thanks

what is the size of the lot?
It will depend on the location's local policies though. In Philippines, in a residential area, this will require at least 14.7 by 16 meters considering (2 meters setback for all sides except for front which is 2.5m).
