If you have not seen it, perhaps XCeleste's BTS' Hardships may explain a lot of what is hinted at in this summary - also Who is ARMY.
They treat BTS badly all the time. I don't know how long you have been following them. XCeleste has some great videos & there is one about BTS hardships. That video is rough, & it's the tip of the iceberg.
