For those ladies whose sac is empty and prescribed as blighted ovum. Please wait for at least 4 weeks.. At 6th week i had empty sac with no fetal pole and yolk sac, doctor suggested for dnc but i wait for 3 weeks and allhamdullilah at 9 weeks, ultrasound showed a strong heart beat.

@@manipravee5733 may Allah bless you with healty twin pregnancy.. Wait until 9-10 weeks, then go for tvs ultrasound because the sac is so small that it can't be seen from abdominal ultrasound, if seen then will be showed empty.. Otherwise wait for 9th to 10th week. For sure it will appear
@@manipravee5733 don't go for DNC until confirmed upto 9th or 10th week.. Because these doctors don't have heart, they can't understand our feelings, they just consider it as a thing which will pass on.. Be patient, think positive, stay happy and u will see everything will turn on right

Hope for the best. This is 7.6mm G sac , approx 4.5 wks. With irregular periods, there may be sone variations in growth , but all will be decided in repeat scan after 15 days.

My last cycle is March 7, I sb 8wks. But last 2wks US only shows G sac measures 4w1/2. I have a lot bleeding some clot went ER, HCG LVL from 2wks ago was @11000, ER checked yesterday becuz the bleed it was 12000, no yolk. So she said I’m in process óf miscarriage. :(. But today I show no clot very small spotting. What should I do? Just wait for the big sac comes out :(. Or wait two more weeks for another check ? :(
This is small. There must be alive f pole. All the signs are in favor of miscarriage. No need to wait. U should hv TVS ultrasound, if still there is no f pole and no heart rate, then u should go for miscarriage.

Around 14 weeks as per my MLP, two weeks ago I started with light bleeding. Ultrasound couldn’t confirm heartbeat but yolk sac seen and fetal pole seen. CRL approximately 2.7mm Bleeding has stopped. Should I have any hopes? They asked me to come back in a week. Please I need your advice 😢
It depends that if ultrasound is correct , when the fetal pole is visualized, it must hv +ve heart rate , If no heart beat, and experienced ultrasound Dr , then it is suggested of miscarriage. Heartbeat is picked at 5+wks G age.

Bleeding increases risk in early pregnancy. U can take medication, and rest , and follow up ultrasound scan after 10 days. Many pregnancies continue normally.

If the report is correct, ectopic pregnancy is a serious problem , and can be resolved with medicine in early stage. Later it needs surgery. But ultrasound report should be accurate and correct, in most of scan at 5 wks , there is only doubt or possibility for ectopic , and not sure. So first confirm ectopic , then start treatment.

Minimal perisac fluid is not to worry. Mostly resolve spontaneously. U can see my many videos with gross bleed , and normally continuation of pregnancy

Early pregnancy spotting hv some increased risk for miscarriage, but it don’t mean miscarriage. U hv to wait. Many pregnancies continue. TVS ultrasound gives a better view for small fetal pole , which u need after 10 days for final diagnosis.

This appears decreased growth, high risk pregnancy. I dont know what is appearance of G sac in ultrasound , scan images sometimes gives final diagnosis of miscarriage. If u want to wait , u can do follow up after 7 to 10 days , there must be alive fetal pole in followup. If not , you then this is final diagnosis of miscarriage.

Sir, my LMP is not correct as Iv had irregular periods. On 28th Jan, 4mm gestational sac with no yolk sac and fetal pole seen. Repeated scan on 19th feb shows gestational sac of 0.9 cm and yolk sac seen with NO FETAL POLE and I've been advised to repeat the scan on next 14th day. What is the viability of this pregnancy? Most cases perisac bleed resolve. But next 3 to 4 wks are in risk. U should rest , take medicine as recommended by your Dr. followup scan should-be done after 2 to 3 wks in which fetal heart rate should be +ve.
Hi.. I'm currently in 7.4 weeks of pregnancy as per my last periods. I had a scan today... Doctor said 2 gestation sac are seen but no fetal pole or yolk sac sec seen in both the sac. These are small , but follow up is necessary, sometimes there is growth , which saves life. Repeated miscarriages can be duo to problems in genes , But there are some acquired causes , which u can control before pregnancy, like any chemical or artificial made diet , sugar in any form , and regular brisk walk , and healthy wt. some Drs also give folic acid before pregnancy, but if yr Dr suggest.

Dont worry. This is why we discourage early pregnancy checkup , as u see 4 wk pregnancy video in my channel. Sometimes u hv late ovulation, So follow up scan after 10 to 15 days is important. Meanwhile u can do bHCG blood test. That will give better information about pregnancy.

Dont worry. Fetal pole and heart rate becomes +ve after 5.4wks G Age. Followup scan , and preferable TVS ultrasound gives better diagnosis in followup.

Whats about fetal pole and cardiac activity in ultrasound scan. If there is no fetal pole , or no cardiac activity , but sac is +7wks , it is possibly a miscarriage case. Tvs ultrasound will give a clear view.

@samarvloger9565 this is approx 7 wks pregnancy. U hv not mentioned G sac size. If there is bleeding and if in scan G sac size is not increasing , Then this is in favor of miscarriage. Small G sac many times doesn’t need d&c and expelled with medicines. Yr Gynecologist will better suggest u.

@siduazhar9745 only GOD helps to grow sac and gives life to baby. However there may be some hormonal cover that is needed in some pts , only strictly under gynecologist advice.

@bridgetsowmiyadurai3267 didelphys uterus can get pregnancy , there may be not major complications with this. There is video of preg with didelphys uterus in my channel. U can wait , Wait for 15 days gives no harm to u. This will also make u mentally relax.

That is not accurate report. G sac grows 1 mm daily. Do after 10 days , there must be significant growth. If no or minimal growth after 10 days , there will be poor prognosis.

This is small , Growth is decreased. There is less possibility for viability in followup, but even for little possibility, followup is required to save a human life.

My last cycle is March 7, I sb 8wks. But last 2wks US only shows G sac measures 4w1/2. I have a lot bleeding some clot went ER, HCG LVL from 2wks ago was @11000, ER checked yesterday becuz the bleed it was 12000, no yolk. So she said I’m in process óf miscarriage. :(. But today I show no clot very small spotting. What should I do? Just wait for the big sac comes out :(. Or wait two more weeks for another check ? :(
This is small. There must be alive f pole. All the signs are in favor of miscarriage. No need to wait. U should hv TVS ultrasound, if still there is no f pole and no heart rate, then u should go for miscarriage.

Around 14 weeks as per my MLP, two weeks ago I started with light bleeding. Ultrasound couldn’t confirm heartbeat but yolk sac seen and fetal pole seen. CRL approximately 2.7mm Bleeding has stopped. Should I have any hopes? They asked me to come back in a week. Please I need your advice 😢
It depends that if ultrasound is correct ,
when the fetal pole is visualized, it must hv +ve heart rate ,
If no heart beat, and experienced ultrasound Dr , then it is suggested of miscarriage.
Heartbeat is picked at 5+wks G age.

If the report is correct, ectopic pregnancy is a serious problem , and can be resolved with medicine in early stage. Later it needs surgery.
But ultrasound report should be accurate and correct, in most of scan at 5 wks , there is only doubt or possibility for ectopic , and not sure.
So first confirm ectopic , then start treatment.

These are small , but follow up is necessary, sometimes there is growth , which saves life.
Repeated miscarriages can be duo to problems in genes ,
But there are some acquired causes , which u can control before pregnancy, like any chemical or artificial made diet , sugar in any form , and regular brisk walk , and healthy wt.
some Drs also give folic acid before pregnancy, but if yr Dr suggest.

@user-mv6ge9tg4u Heart beat is most early visualized , at 5.4 to 5.6 wks. TVS is most sensitive to detect it.
A band like thing is present in gestational sac means?
If the fetus is alive, then possible will not give harm in later pregnancy.

However there may be some hormonal cover that is needed in some pts , only strictly under gynecologist advice.
Hello i am 8th week pregnant. From 5th week i got brownish discharge which last from 5th to 7th week. From last week there is white discharge. Yesterday in ultrasound there are 2 gastational sacs are seen but no fetal pole and no yolk sac is seen. Doc suggest me for 2 weeks follow up. I am too much confused is everything will be ok

0.6 cm and 0.9 cm. Today I also have a BHCG test which indicates 26031BHCG level.
This is weak and decreased growth.
But 15 days followup is good suggestion by yr Dr to make a final diagnosis.

As long as fetal cardiac activity is +ve , there r chances that pregnancy will progress. All u need is wait and follow scan for growth and viability

In case of bleed , and if G sac displaced , eg in mid or distal third uterus , has very poor chances to survive, and most cases abort spontaneously.

didelphys uterus can get pregnancy , there may be not major complications with this. There is video of preg with didelphys uterus in my channel.

So I had light bleeding and therefore went for tvs ultrasound. according to lmp I was supposed to be 6 weeks pregnant but scan showed only a gestational sac measuring 8.5mm and gestational age of 3-4 weeks. Have been called after 2 weeks for repeat ultrasound. But what do you think my case is?
This is going to be in favor of miscarriage. But even for 1% chance of viability, followup is necessary after 15 to 20 days.
@@kashifultrasound why would it be miscarriage? Because the ultrasound showed only 3-4 weeks of pregnancy so wont that mean that I conceived late? My hcg numbers are still increasing

That is not accurate report. G sac grows 1 mm daily. Do after 10 days , there must be significant growth.
If no or minimal growth after 10 days , there will be poor prognosis.

At 16mm G sac , there must be F pole with cardiac activity , especially in TVS ultrasound.
So this case is going in favor of miscarriage.
I am not bleeding heavily. No heavy cramps either. The doctor said it will pass on its own. Are there any tests I can do as to why this happened or should I just let it go. My husband and I are healthy fit 32 year olds.

This is small , Growth is decreased.
There is less possibility for viability in followup, but even for little possibility, followup is required to save a human life.
