I have love affairs with So Cal and NYC. My goal is to live in NYC from late September until late March and in coastal L.A. County the rest of the year. The environmental vibes are very different, but the generalizations about people are for the most part, bullsh*t. You attract your people wherever you go...there are fun, intelligent, open minded, tolerant people everywhere.
Can't wait for ymh to poach Rob after Pajama pants ends!

My theory- Chris Pines and Harry had some argument, where it came to Chris saying something to the effect of, "If you were to touch me, if you were to so much as spit a grain of rice on me, I'll sue you." Fast forward to the premiere, Harry comes in and covertly spits a grain of rice in Chris's lap. Chris sees it, thinks *this fucking guy*, keeps it cool, smiles, laughs, dusts it off of his glasses, and carries on. Maybe it's just an inside joke even, and not an argument, but that's my theory. It was a grain of rice, or a sunflower seed, or something like that. You heard it here FIRST.
This is mostly la bubble and New York Bubble. New York should be its own country in my opinion.
As for motivation, how about those anonymous society's we can't speak about?

That weird moment where Jamie says "Can you imagine what we're doing now that we're going to look back on in 10 years like this?" not long before Rob goes into this weird bit about people being too woke and sensitive, and why using gender inclusive language is cringe or whatever. I'm not offended, but it does get an eye-roll out of me when Rob puts on his whole salt-of-the-earth blue-collar-worker routine about uppity LA people who are out of touch and looking to be offended when he hasn't worked in years and just gets to worry about traveling around and having a good time.
P.S. The whole "Spaz" thing is a news story because it's considered pretty heavily offensive in places like the U.K., not just because some random U.S. Twitter person with cerebral palsy made a ruckus or whatever. That isn't new, musicians have gotten in trouble for using that word for years.
