- Hi everyone, here’s a peek inside my bag that helps me to keep my days low spend and to stick within my budget.
All bits and bobs I’ve had for a long time so nothing fancy here lol. Trying to stay budget friendly/low waste/ and practical.

Hi folks, a few people are asking why I carry so much, I wish I could have a gorgeous tiny bag, honestly I can’t wait for that day 😂 lol, but I rush between work, school pick up, clubs, and the allotment. I try to have no spend days as often as poss so I like to be prepared. 👍🏻👍🏻
You shouldn't have to justify your bag 😅 just means your prepared 😊 something I strive to be 😁 great video and keep them coming x

I can't believe how much stuff you carry around with you, I use to have a big bag and I'd carry it everywhere at least half full then I started getting a bad bag and now I just use a disco bag and it's really helped .
I can’t wait to use a disco bag!!! Unfortunately I’ll have to wait a bit til I can minimise 😩

Wow, you are organised. I barely remember to take my bag out with me. Have to put my keys in my coat pocket now or the kids and I are locked out till my husband comes home lol
Lol if I don’t carry snacks we all get hangry 😂

It would drive me mad, carrying all that. 😂 I have my purse, mirror, lip gloss, ID and keys. Plus a few dog bags, always. 🐕🐕
Aw man I’d love to carry light, in a few years I’ll hopefully just stick a few things in my pocket and off I go lol 😂

On the subject of lavender oils , a few years ago I read about an experiment done in a home for the elderly who had dementia and they put lavender oil on a cotton wall pad next to their pillow at night and they found every one slept better and then woke up more alert .
When my dad died my mum was at the very start of dementia but because of grief ..it did a big dive and also she was somewhat immobile.
My sister and I became her 24/7 carers and I had remembered the lavender ..so I brought some from mayfield lavender ltd the Gosso variety..lovely smelling 😀 and tried it and wow really made a difference to her and she knew it and would ask for it when I tucked her in bed..she always remembered it 😀.
So then I brought more for my sister and I and family to help us sleep . I wonder if you have tried it where you work .
Also …I know I’m rambling on a bit but hey Ho 😂 it might help someone . Many years ago my mum was in hospital for an op and would not eat and getting weaker . One day my dad and sister and I was visiting and they use to kick us out while the patients had dinner so we would go have dinner in the restaurant and then go back as quicker than going home and back again ..as we walked to the restaurant in the hospital my sister said Im really hungry and my dad said and me and I said yes starving and then it dawned on me why 🤔😂 ….I’d mentioned to a lady who I use to have massages from about mum not eating and she made a concoction of oils to help with the appetite…I don’t know what it was…but I’d brought it in that day for first time and just put it by her pillow on cotton wool and so when said we were hungry the realisation it worked on us was so funny..we had forgotten about it lol but in fact when we went back to mum the nurse said she had eaten all her dinner 👍🏻😀. I just wanted to share as it may help someone .but I’m sorry I don’t know mixture but I expect it can be googled . 🇬🇧👍🏻💛🤍

Yes I borrowed a Cole years ago, so good, I’m really lucky as my parents have brought me up as a real low waste nut 😂
