The burner is not sending enough gas to the top,that part of turning is spoiled I would advise you to buy a new one with time it will not control the flow of gas completely
There two things on top of your burner may need cleaning bse of dirt or the lower part of your burner where gas passes through to the top part is spoiled and it's not sending enough preasure to reach the top that's why gas is passing through the four holes of the burner,when you try clean the top to open the holes and the same problem happens it means the lower part is spoiled buy anew burner,I wish you well

Wen a gas stove dirty or has oil it may not burn before buying use omo to wash it and leave it to dry if it fail then buy aburner

AV tried to fix but inatoa gas what can I do
The valve for the cylinder may be defective some cylinders due factory error may cause that take it where you bought it from and they help you be safe
How long does it take to be used or to be empty cylinder
At least one and half months if u used it well
