Great discussion! I currently have a Canon 90D, but want to get the R7. I already have the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8, Canon 17-55mm f/2.8, and the Tokina 11-20mm f/2.8, so I'm set on lenses. The only other things I'd need are the EF-RF adapter and a pair of Prograde V90 SD cards.
Yeah, sounds like you have a nice setup. The R7 would be a nice upgrade on the 90d, especially with video. You could look at getting the adaptor for full frame ef glass too or the one with variable nd built in.
