I do feel protected and trust that these protective energies extend to my children. My daughter’s BF is bad news, shows terrible lapses of judgment and takes incredibly stupid risks. He almost drowned last night because he went out in a kayak high as a kite (or drunk as a skunk) where there’s often heavy traffic, boats and tankers. He was in the water for 2 hours screaming for help until 4 in the morning and thankfully was rescued by a boater. I believe he has narcissistic tendencies. He plays people, love-bombs my daughter and then dismisses her concerns as frivolous. On the surface we both act like we like each other - I don’t want to say or do anything that would push her away from me and ignore all of his red flags. There is good in him but as a parent I can’t be excited about her falling for this guy or having his baby. Fortunately I am not in defense mode. I will continue to stand firm and show love and grace and firm boundaries too. Grateful for the protection 🙌
