Tomb Raider III Remastered Aichmophobia Trophy

This video tells you how to overcome all spike walls and ceilings in the Tomb Raider III levels Jungle and Temple Ruins to obtain the trophy/achievement Aichmophobia.
Feel free to ignore the time it took me to finish the level, there was a lot of standing around and revising the text walkthrough while the game was running.
